The brand achieves the milestone of 18 yachts launched at the Ancona Superyacht Yard, including new aluminium displacement flagship Custom Line 50 and Custom Line Navetta 38.

Ancona, January 30, 2025 – Custom Line ends 2024 with two new launches, taking the total to 18 yachts entering the water at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona over the last 12 months.
It was an important year full of significant achievements, the standouts being the debuts of Custom Line 50 – the first all-aluminium 50-metre displacement superyacht and the new Custom Line flagship, marking the brand’s entry into the metal yachts segment under 500 GT – and Custom Line Navetta 38, the new made-to-measure displacement yacht with a gross tonnage of 299 GT. The first two examples of the two models were launched in January and November respectively.
With eleven launches in the Navetta line, six in the planing line and the first launch in the aluminium superyacht line, the shipyard confirms its skill at interpreting the vision of diverse owners, combining design and construction quality, personalisation, craftsmanship, reliability, strong design, recognisability and technological innovation.

A new Custom Line Navetta 30 was launched on December 4 during a ceremony attended by the enthusiastic owner family, who shared the excitement of the event with the entire project management team and the yard’s employees and craftsmen. The 22nd hull in the Custom Line Navetta 30 displacement line is a joint design effort by the Product Strategy Department and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, working with ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel for the interior design and architect Filippo Salvetti for the exterior styling. Strategic consulting for the interior design was provided by Custom Line Atelier, which tailored the project to the stylistic preferences of the owner from the EMEA area. With a length of 28.43 m and a beam of 7.3 m, the yacht delivers ambitious volumes while continuing to convey a sense of lightness and cruising elegance. Custom Line Navetta 30’s distinctive features of timeless aesthetics and forward-thinking styling are expressed in her sleek and dynamic exterior styling, pointed up by the extended sweep of horizontal lines towards the bow. The concept of this yacht embodies the idea of an authentic seaside villa that’s designed to welcome the whole family and has a special focus on its youngest members. Every stylistic and formal detail aims to achieve the perfect balance between functionality, practicality and aesthetic refinement. The three-deck layout not only amplifies the on-board spaces but also translates into settings with a versatile and harmonious organisation focused on socialising, relaxation and fun. The main deck salon, for example, is the ideal place for welcoming guests and stands out for the formal elegance of the leather detailing, while the salon on the upper deck, featuring more versatile materials and vibrant details like the yellow beanbag chairs, offers an informal atmosphere intended to create moments of freedom and carefree family time. In the interiors, the colour palette pairs pale, neutral shades, including white, beige and brown, with pastel accents provided by the maritime-themed decorative cushions. The furnishings feature fine materials such as Silk Georgette marble in the owner’s area, Calacatta marble used for various freestanding elements, and nubuck leather.

The year was brought to a close by the launch of the 33rd Custom Line Navetta 33 on December 16. It was both an exclusive and inclusive celebration, shared by the entire owner family based in the EMEA region – children, grandchildren and friends – with the Custom Line team in an atmosphere of joy and involvement. The new displacement line hull is the result of collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee – which handled the exterior styling – and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, whose architects and designers created the interiors. The design team was also guided by expert input from Custom Line Atelier, which oversaw the family’s requests from start to finish and turned them into unique solutions. They include the introduction, for the first time on a Custom Line Navetta 33, of vertical oak ribbing on certain surfaces, including the main salon wall and the bed headboard in the master cabin. In both cases, the vertical spacing is tighter in the first half before opening out in the second, adding a sense of three-dimensionality and dynamism to the spaces. The owner’s requests revealed her preference for the colour sage green, chosen as a leitmotiv throughout the yacht and interpreted in multiple shades, including thyme green and jade green, which permeate the boat with a fresh, contemporary feel. It’s a preference that can also be seen in the master bathroom, which features a generously sized shower cubicle clad in renowned Irish Green marble, as well as two basins sculpted from a single block of Crema Delicato milled marble and positioned on a long countertop with a built-in drawer unit, expressing a refined bespoke feel that combines grandeur and class. The sophisticated simplicity and formal clarity of the interiors is conveyed by juxtaposing dense, muted colours – such as beige and clay – with intimate shades including the dark brown of the American walnut flooring. An emblem of authentic refinement and light-touch sophistication, this yacht – 33 m long and 7.52 m in the beam – has a majestic, elegant profile. Designed primarily for chartering, she offers a personalised experience with numerous additional spaces and functional details for the utmost comfort. The solutions devised to comfortably accommodate large parties of guests include generous tables that optimise the convivial areas, storage units built into the walls, pullman beds in the guest cabins, additional cocktail bars on the sun deck, and other bespoke features.
